Positive: A beautiful property, lovingly maintained. Warm hospitality, great breakfast. Convenient to the center of Pictou and the waterfront.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seabank and this BnB was the highlight of our two week stay in Nova Scotia. Positive: Bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and we loved that the owners provided a sitting room for guests, provided coffee in the dining room at off-hours and anticipated all that guests might need throughout their stay. We also enjoyed the history of the house and the book about its renovations. Negative: Everything was fantastic

Positive: Beautiful, clean, comfortable home in a convenient location in Pictou. Our room featured a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with plenty of hot water. Elizabeth and Glenn are wonderful hosts. We would definitely stay here again.

Pictou needs to open up earlier Positive: Location was good but Pictou disapponted by many things not open in June. The house was stunning and beautiful. We had a very good sleep. Fruit cup was great. Hosts were very welcoming. The Hector museum was great. Negative: Lack of things being opened. Having to check out at 10. 10.30 would have been better.

A good place to stop in Pictou Positive: The house has been lovingly restored with antiques and nautical artifacts. The breakfast is individually served in the dining room and is very nice. It is very well situated close to the waterfront and restaurants. There is easy parking. Negative: There are several signs telling you what you cannot do. Whilst I do appreciate that the owners live there and need respect, it somehow seems a bit unwelcoming. The 4pm check-in time is quite late and 10 am is an early check-out.. 3 pm and 11 am seem more usual. I had imagined the room would have been serviced after one night.
