Good location but not very welcoming Positive: Good location and some parking. Breakfast was fine but no choice. Room was clean. Negative: I arrived after an extra long and stressful drive in torrential rain due to a storm which caused a state of emergency in Nova Scotia. The host wasn't particularly welcoming. It was made clear that it is their house and I did feel like saying that I am paying to stay here. There was a power cut in the whole town so no where to eat. They had a generator for themselves which made a lot of noise outside my room but not for guests. I thought they could have offered me a sandwich as I ended up just eating granola bars sitting on the bed as there was no chair. There was no table in my room and no tissues in the room but in the corridor. The description states that the rooms are equipped with a tea and coffee maker but there wasn't one in my room and I'd have appreciated it in the morning when there was power. Negative: À la dernière minute nous avons été relogé dans un autre établissement le Braeside County Inn situé à Pictou qui ne répondait pas aux attentes offerts par Seabank House B&B dont tout particulièrement la vue sur la mer!!!!! Jamais on ne nous a donné la raison de cette annulation de service. Nous sommes convaincu qu’il ya eu OVER BOOKING ce qui comme GENIUS # 3 ne nous est JAMAIS arrivé Cette situation de dernière minute ne nous a pas permis d’en référer à BOOKING .COM Nous le regrettons amèrement car nous aurions exigé un remboursement Nous avons payé beaucoup trop chère pour l’établissement de remplacement

If you want quiet and convenient with delicious breakfast this is the place to stay. Positive: Breakfast was delicious both days. Very nicely presented. The location was perfect for walking into town.
